Job Description
Project Title: Project Panther (Services):
Project Duration: 1 year (may be extended ,with prior intimation, if required)

Project Description:
The project is about improvement in services across dealerships of Tata Motors. Selected candidates will have to mainly observe, assess and analyze service standards and gaps at dealerships and suggest recommendations.

Desired Profile
Educational Qualification
• Engineering Graduates (B.E./B.Tech) with specializations in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Industrial Engineering / Electrical and Electronics & Telecommunication.
• Minimum 60% marks in aggregate at graduation level
• Mandatory to have completed the graduation degree in first attempt; without any breaks
• 0-2 years of Work-experience
Candidates still pursuing the degree are not eligible

Key Skills & Competencies :
Sound technical knowledge in area of education, basic knowledge of automobile industry, Good Observation Skills, Analytical Skills, Ability to articulate clearly and systematically, Written Communication Skills, Problem-Solving attitude.

Age Criteria: Maximum 26 years as on 30 August 2010.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience; preferably in automotive or process-related work areas.
Location: Anywhere in India. Specific project location to be communicated at a later stage.

PG - Post Graduation Not Required
Compensation: Rs. 15,100 per month (Gross Pay) + Contribution to PF
